From out of the blue a tweet.
A tweet to inform me that I’ve been nominated for a blog award.
Wait!
What?
They have such things?
Apparently so and somebody has been generous enough to nominate me! Really? Me?
Actually I’m sure its still a mistake and they’ll realise they tweeted the wrong account….
Anyway, after a bit of a google it’s still as clear as mud! π
From what I gather the most nominations gets through to the next round and a final vote.
Wouldn’t it just be flipping hilarious if a little geeky Geocacher made the next round?
Nominations close at 5:30pm GMT on 27/5/15, and sod’s blooming law I’m away for the week playing on big hills. Finding caches and exploring the Peak District. I’m assuming 3G will be sparse and sure I’m glamping, but last time I looked my bell tent didn’t have wi-fi….
Anyone fancy being my campaign manager….. π
So if you’d be so kind as to put in a nomination for me, that would be truly awesome – and also completely hilarious! I’m weeks behind in terms of nominations (story of my life!), but now I’m in I might as well go for it!
You can nominate here.
Once through the initial nomination, you can close a category. I’m currently in Best Family Fun Blog.
Do I deserve it? Well that’s up to you. I reckon I rock family fun though, check out these posts to see what we get up to….

Nope. Just something that works better than my phone and the app when needed!

I still use both, the GPS requires organisation- which I’m rubbish at! π
I have an Oregon 650. It took a lot of getting used to, but I now prefer it slightly over my phone. It’s touch screen which for me is a must.
It was so overwhelming choosing. In the end I made a shortlist and the deciding factor was the one the store had in stock on Christmas Eve!
Depends on how much you want to spend too – you can get some great units for a variety of prices.
If you need more help give me a shout π
